SLASH AI, an AI solutions studio based in Tunis, Tunisia ("SLASH AI", "we", "us"), operates the website slashai.ai and is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. For anything related to this policy, contact cherif.khalifa@slashai.ai.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic to this site. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are counted through an anonymous hash derived from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded after 24 hours and cannot be traced back to you. We only ever see aggregated data — page paths, referrers, country/region, device and browser type. No IP addresses are stored with analytics data, and nothing in it identifies you individually. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving this website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Correspondence. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the data you choose to share (such as your name, contact details, and message) and use it solely to respond to you and to prepare or perform work you request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and this site is not directed at children.

This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics, and stores no identifiers on your device. That is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. Vercel's infrastructure processes requests — including IP addresses — transiently to serve pages and protect the service, and processes analytics data as described above. Where personal data of EU/EEA, UK, or Swiss visitors is transferred to the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by Vercel's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including its UK and Swiss extensions) and by the Standard Contractual Clauses incorporated in Vercel's Data Processing Addendum.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We use no advertising networks, no social media pixels, and no third-party trackers.

Analytics data exists only in aggregate form; the anonymous visitor hash is discarded within 24 hours. Correspondence is kept for as long as our exchange or engagement is active and thereafter only as long as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, after which it is deleted.

Under the GDPR (for EU/EEA visitors) and Tunisia's Organic Act No. 2004-63 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it rectified or erased; restrict or object to its processing; and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email cherif.khalifa@slashai.ai. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Tunisia, the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP); in the EU/EEA, the data protection authority of your country of residence.

We may update this policy from time to time — for example if we add tools that change how data is handled. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
